Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return from the day you received your item. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund.

Incorrect or Missing Products.

- For incorrect products, Dakini Design offers a full refund or replacement.
- For products with wrong color, size which doesn't affect product function, etc., Dakini Design offers a refund or resend if you provide a screenshot of your complaint.
-  For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, Dakini Design may refund partially or resend the missing part.
- For parts missing which affect product function, Dakini Design will resend the product only.
- For accessories, Dakini Design will resend the accessories.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must make the complaint within 5 days after receiving the item/s. Dakini Design offers a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged. We also offer a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrived partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.)

To return a product that you want to exchange, please email our Customer Support Team at for assistance. You’re entitled to get all of your money back, if you are not satisfied or simply change your mind about the product, but you must pay for the return yourself. Dakini Design will not be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returned items. It’s your responsibility to ensure that the items are returned in a good condition. Please pack the item securely, and hang on to the proof of posting.

We will send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will not accept unauthorised returns or requests other than by email. You can contact us for return questions at

Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable, in most cases.

Late or missing refunds:

Please be patient as it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you still have not received your refund after 14 days, please contact us at
