Where are you based?
Our company is based in Stavanger, Norway however, we offer worldwide service and ship to the majority of the world. Our online store is internationally accessible, although there are some countries we do not ship to due to certain limitations.

Which payment methods do you accept and are they secure?
We accept all major credit cards & PayPal. When purchasing from our store, your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), and therefore fully protected. 

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

How do I check the status of my order? 
A confirmation email containing your order# ID is automatically sent upon the successful completion of your order, usually within 24 hours. If you do not see this in your inbox, please check your spam folder or junk mail.

Your order# ID and parcel tracking information will be sent to the email address provided to us when you made your purchase. 

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 24 business hours and shipped within 3-5 business days. The successful delivery is usually completed within 7-18 business days from the date of your purchase. Delivery times will vary for every destination country.

Please allow up to 5-15 business days from the date they are shipped for your parcel to arrive for US & EU orders, for the Rest of World it might take 7-25 business days. In some very rare cases it can take 30+ business days from the date they are shipped. Customs may cause an additional delay in delivery in some countries which is beyond our control.

Will I pay for import duties or taxes?
The prices displayed are tax-free, but customs charges or import duties, if applicable, are not included. It is the receiver’s responsibility to settle these should your local customs deem it appropriate. Costs and rates for customs or duty charges can vary from country and region. For further details, please contact your local customs office.

Can I change the colour or size of what I just ordered?
Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing and is then prepared for shipping. After 24 hrs usually no changes can be made, but please do contact us as soon as possible to see if we still have time to make the desired changes for you. 

What if I need to return something? 
Just send us a message and we will help you through the process. In most cases we accept you to send the product back and we refund your money.

How are the sizes?
Dakini Design has partnered up with different suppliers globally. We only picked the best price-quality options available for your benefit. However, since we work with different partners the sizes may vary from product to product. To ensure we deliver the right size to you, we have included a measurement table for each product in the description section, please pick the size suitable for you. If you are unsure how to measure your body please click the "size chart' section for instructions. 

How to wash your items?
This depends on the fabric. Please refer to the product page for the the product fabrics. For garments made of 100% cotton, we advise a cold wash in a gentle cycle with mild detergent and hanging to dry. Putting any garment in the drier will cause it to shrink, so you should avoid this if you don't want any shrinkage.
